Full Management

Our full lettings management service includes rent collection, regular inspections, an inventory and schedule of condition, 24/7 emergency line for your tenants, arrangement of maintenance, credit control of rent arrears and a monthly statement of accounts.

Let Only

One month's rent (Minimum fee £600.00)

Our let only option provides the following property marketing services.

 

  • Marketing on Rightmove, Zoopla and our social media
  • Creation of video tour
  • Creation of floor plans
  • Managing all enquiries
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Tenant/Guarantor referencing
  • Drafting tenancy agreement
  • Handling all prescribed information
  • Move-in appointment
  • Collection of first month's rent
